Terms and conditions of complaint assistance

You have previously formally contacted ENDESA Customer Service, and;

apartado aYou do not agree with the response received, or

apartado b You have not received a response from them within a two-month period.

You have not filed your complaint with an Arbitration Board, judicial authority, Government body or another dependent organisation with powers over matters related to ENDESA's services.

apartado tres
The compensation associated with your claim does not exceed €60,200 €.
