ENDESA’s Customer Ombudsman deals with claims filed by customers
which have previously been filed with the company's
Customer Services department
where customers are unsatisfied with the response received or have received no
response within a period of two months of presenting their claim.
Additionally, these claims must not have been previously filed with
any arbitration committee or tribunal or public authority with
competence in the domain of power distribution. The total value of
the claim submitted must not exceed 60,200 euros.
